This morning, our third in Cádiz, followed the routine of our first two. We met for classes in the morning at Salesianas (today’s speaking activities with local students took place on the beach), ate lunch at home with our homestay families and regrouped with our guide, Álvaro, in the late afternoon for a tour through the historic neighborhoods of Cádiz. Today we visited the Torre Tavira, the Museum of Cádiz, enjoyed a quick ice cream break, and had a sunset photo competition at Playa La Caleta. After that, some of us stayed in La Viña (a neighborhood which was once a vineyard) to get dinner while others hustled home to rest up before the Celtics game.
