March 10: Arrival Day

It took some doing, but we finally made it! The first flight arrived in Rome around 6 p.m. followed a few hours later by the second crew at 9 p.m. We headed out to dinner immediately and it was an amazing way to end a long day of traveling. Il ristorante Mangia Fuoco served up a combination of various appetizers, pastas, pizzas, and steaks. We went to sleep with full stomachs, well-fueled for the next day's adventures.
